I decided a five days before my wedding that I wanted to hire a private luxury driver for a getaway car at the end of our ceremony. Kevin at SKSMM Luxury Chauffeur LLC did not disappoint!! I was fortunate that my wedding was on a Sunday and he had availability. I appreciate his prompt response, great communication, and willingness to help me on short notice. The Denali was beautiful and the black on black was exactly what I wanted. Kevin dressed formally and was very professional. Talk about amazing service! I was supposed to fly into South Bend for a short drive to Culver for a graduation. I missed my flight in Detroit for South Bend but was able to get a flight to Indianapolis. Kevin picked me up in Indy at 1130 at night to drive me the 3 hours to Culver. I felt like I was only in the car for about 10 minutes with the great conversation and all the local knowledge. 100 out of 100 best service I have ever used. SKSMM Luxury Chauffeur was truly the most seamless vendor I used for my daughter’s wedding! I chose to use the very roomy black, beautiful SUV., however he has other vehicle options. I googled Limo services and unknowingly hit the jackpot! Kevin is very professional- knows the areas he drives-drove the route from our VRBO to the destination the day before to ensure the proper timing because of construction issues on the streets. Instead of the one vehicle we agreed on, he showed up with 2 vehicles simultaneously to get us all there on time. The other driver was very accommodating too. WOW! Is all I can say. Excellent customer service!! In addition, my daughter, the bride left her purse in the vehicle, and we unfortunately didn’t realize it. He came in and hand delivered it 45 minutes later, ( after he tried to text and call me several times)beyond our time. He went above and beyond at every turn! Kevin and Emely were fantastic. Kevin worked with us to fit our exact travel needs, and he went above and beyond to make our day as smooth as possible. A luxury ride, safe driving, and prompt service. We couldn't have had our wedding without them, and I can't recommend their services enough!
